philosophy®: 6 oz. chopped white chocolate, 3/4 c. butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 8 eggs, separated, 1 1/3 c. ground hazelnuts, 2/3 c. bread crumbs, 1tsp. ground cinnamon. melt chocolate. beat butter and half of sugar until soft. beat in yolks one at a time. stir in combined hazelnuts, breadcrumbs and cinnamon. whip egg whites and beat remaining sugar slowly to peak. stir 1/4 of whites into batter. fold in the rest. pour into greased 10 inch pan. bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Directions: apply to wet body or scalp, lather, rinse, repeat. if using as a bubble bath, drizzle a generous amount under running water and enjoy.
