Directions:

To use as a daily cleanser: Wet face with warm water. Squeeze cleanser into hands and work into a rich lather. Massage gently on face. Rinse thoroughly.

To use as a mask: 1 to 2 times a week, apply a thin layer to face and massage onto skin, avoiding the delicate eye area. :et dry for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. If you experience dryness or irritation, use less frequently.
