Help relieve that radiating pain from ingrown toenails and prevent future ones with this stainless steel file. It works by sliding under the nail edge and files in reverse, sliding under the surface as it pulls out from under the nail.

File top of nails with a regular nail file to reduce thickness. After bathing, when nails are soft, gently slide Toenail File under ingrown nail and pull file out to file the under surface of the nail. File works in reverse, filing as it is pulled out from under nail. Repeat several times.
