Lightly masssage a drop on each sleep point- on the back of the neck, on the center of the forehead, amd on the belly, just below the navel. Breathe deeply and evenly.

Infusions of Valerian and Lavender in purified water, Glycerin (vegetable), Dimethicone, Orange Oil, Chamomile Extract, Cetyl Dimethicone Copolyol, Mint Oil, Litsea Cubeba Extract, Honey Clover, Rose Extract, Neroli Extract, Honey Myrtle Extract, Heiotropic Essential Oils, Castor Oil, Menthol, Spearmint Oil, Cinnamon Oil, Carbomer, TEA, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol (Rose Oil), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben.
