Classic Cream LipstickBy Color Me Beautiful Apply the color to lips using long, smooth strokes. Cover entire lip area, being careful to go up to, but not over lip pencil line. Fold a tissue in half, place it between your lips and press lips firmly together. Reapply lipstick in the same manner as above for long-lasting wear.
