Apply a ribbon of your regular toothpaste to a wet toothbrush. Apply BOOSTER on top of the existing toothpaste in a ribbon equal in size to the amount of toothpaste. If necessary, press gently into the toothpaste ribbon when applying the BOOSTER, so the products stay on the toothbrush head. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice daily. After brushing, rinse thoroughly and avoid swallowing any residual product.
